How safe is the Paradise Horse Club™?

The Paradise Horse Club™ is a private user experience and interaction with others online is not possible. There is no way for anyone to contact you through the Club. If we develop interactive features in the future, they will come with plenty of security measures and advanced notice.

What can I do online?

Stable, feed, brush and generally tend to all of your horses' needs. Contribute to chores on the farm, play games, and send our postcards and greetings cards to friends to let them know how much fun you're having. Earn coins, get points and win ribbons - check the leaderboard every day to see how you're doing compared to everyone else.

How much does it cost to use the Paradise Horse Club™?

Nothing. Using the Club Web site, activating your horses and ponies, exploring the farm, playing online games – and all of the other features are free.

Then, why do I have to register?

You are asked to register so we can get you a personalized Certificate of Authenticity. and so we'll be able to store your personal horse/pony, stable and tack. This way you will be able to retrieve it all every time you visit.

What do you do with the information I give you?

That is explained in our Privacy Policy that you can read here.

Is there a time limit on how long I can play on the Paradise Horse Club™ Web site?

This is for you and your parents to decide. While there’s a ton to learn and play with in the Club, we suggest you make sure your homework and chores are done first.

What is Paradise Horses™?

Paradise Horses™ makes every child’s dream of owning a horse come true, fostering a passion that will last a lifetime. Our beautifully crafted horses are fully posable – making them built for play.

Are the horses real?

The actual Paradise Horses™ products are based on horses and riders at our farm. You can play with them and see all the life-like details by finding a store near you that carries our horses, ponies, riders and accessories. Every horse and pony looks, bends and moves like the real thing.

How many horses are available from Paradise Horses™?

There are currently four different Paradise Horses: Corduroy, Coriander, Periwinkle and Rhythmical. You can learn more about each horse and even purchase them online (with your parent’s help and permission) at www.paradise-horses.com

How many ponies are available from Paradise Horses™?

There are currently four different Paradise Ponies: Cinnamon, Cowboy, Licorice and Tiara. You can learn more about each pony and even purchase them online (with your parent’s help and permission) at www.paradise-horses.com.

What about riders and equipment?

Paradise Horses™ is dedicated to providing a complete equestrian experience for all children. Everything you need – from riders to feed sets, and barns to tack trunks – is available. Check it all out at www.paradise-horses.com

Activation

What is a UPC code?

You can join the Club if you already own a Paradise Horse or Pony, or if you just want to see what the site is like. For horse and pony owners, be sure to keep your product box so you can enter the UPC code from the bottom when you join the Club. The UPC code is a set 12 numbers - if you have trouble finding it, we'll show you just where it is when you register.

What happens when I enter my UPC code?

If you have already purchased a Paradise Horse or Pony before you join the Paradise Horse Club™ – and you enter the UPC code from the bottom of the box – you’ll receive a personalized Certificate of Authenticity that you can print right from your computer. It will have your name and your horses name, and will be signed by our head breeder. This way you know your horse is for real!

What happens if I don’t have a UPC code?

That’s no problem. You can still join the Paradise Horse Club™. And if you buy a horse or pony later on, you’ll always have the opportunity to let us know and get your Certificate of Authenticity.

What do Paradise Horse and Pony owners get that non-owners don't?

Right now, the only difference is the Certificate of Authenticity. As we launch new activities, such as stables, games and rewards - Paradise Horse and Pony owners will have access to more and different features. We'll be sure to let you know what they are.

What if I own more than one horse or pony?

We encourage you to have as many horses and ponies as you can - they love the company. But you can only bring one horse to life online. So pick your favorite and be sure to enter only that UPC code when you join.
